Hello and Happy New Year to all of you Lunar Crew! 2024 is in full swing, the Directors and MasterJedi are working through all of our options and plans even as the regulatory environment continues to change and create new challenges for the future. Speaking of Directors, Biene and Silver have indeed both stepped away from the Foundation. For the time being, we will continue to operate with three Directors - Surge, Luke, and me. There isn't a specific number of directors required by our documents so nothing needs to change in the short term. The important thing is that we have an odd number of Directors, that is for the good of the Foundation and Lunar DAO. Sometime soon we will post the requirement for joining as a Director. This is a very significant step to take because there are legal requirements. Once we have sent that information out to everyone, we will include a way for interested parties to reach us for further steps. Thank you for being a valued member of the Lunar ecosystem.
